JOB LOCATION: Eastern Coast of Africa
START DATE: Immediate
PAY: $700-$800 per day(1)

Employment Type: Part-Time Contractor

(1) Pay rate will be determined by the Candidate’s experience and competitiveness relative to other qualified applicants

End-client is a US-based Shipping & Logistics Company seeking armed security professionals to secure vessels traveling between Somalia and South Africa through Mozambique Channel. NOTE: This is a high-risk maritime security job requiring maritime security operators with extensive real-world experience in this specific area of the world. This is a highly-competitive job so if you don’t possess all of the required qualifications and experience, do NOT apply. – Rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
– Security professional will work 12 hour shifts 7 days a week for length of rotation
– Other job details will be disclosed by the employer if selected for an interview

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (please do not apply if you do not meet ALL of the following):

Must possess current STCW95
– DD-214 with Honorable Discharge
– Active TWIC card
– Possess a valid US passport with a minimum of 12 months until expiration
– Must be a US Military combat veteran who has prior operational security experience in amphibious and maritime environments in the region of the world above
– Possess a high degree of physical fitness and able to pass a rigorous physical fitness test
– Must be able to occasionally run or sprint, regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds


– Prefer SEAL’s, Force, or Recon Marines
– Experience with VTOL UAV’s
