A U.S.-based UHNW private client is seeking a Family Executive Protection Agent to provide unarmed protective coverage at the family’s residence in Melbourne, Florida and during domestic and international travel. Protective responsibility is primarily on the client’s minor child and extends to accompanying family members when the family is together.
Travel is extensive and runs primarily between the family’s residences and other destinations, with schedules and locations subject to change. The family maintains other household and personal staff; the protection agent works independently day to day while operating as part of that broader team.

– Maintain continuous situational awareness and identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the principal in real time
– Maintain a low-profile posture that does not disrupt the principal’s normal activities or draw unnecessary attention
– Conduct advances on routes, venues, and lodging ahead of family travel
– Coordinate movements and logistics with household, personal, and security staff
– Support accompanying family members when directed, holding to the same standard of discretion and performance
– Administer first aid or emergency care when required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (do not apply without meeting all minimum qualification requirements):
– Must have prior U.S. military experience
– Have prior experience supporting UHNW principals or private families
– Have prior experience working alongside household, personal, and security staff while operating independently day to day

– Active medical credentials of any kind (EMT-B, EMT-I, EMT-P, etc.)
– Prior experience coaching, instructing, or mentoring youth in an athletic or academic setting
– Prior protective experience on extended domestic and international travel with a principal or family
