JOB LOCATION: Boston, MA
START DATE: Within 30 days
PAY: $110,000 – 120,000 per year (1)+ Bonuses(2) + Benefits(3)
Employment Type: F/T Employee (W-2)
Schedule: At needs of the client ~50 hours per week
(1) Starting salary varies depending on experience
(2) Bonuses + Overtime pay to be discussed with the employer. Employer will provide a vehicle and company expense card.
(3) Medical insurance and 401(k) will be provided by the employer
Client is an ultra-high net worth individual who is in need of a covert executive protective agent and driver in the city of Boston, MA. This is a long-term client need (~4 years). Only highly experienced (10+ years) executive protection agents will be considered for this role. Read all minimum and preferred qualifications before applying. This is a highly-competitive, single billet role.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Drive / escort the Client mainly in Greater Boston area (with possible travels within the US)
– Appropriate route selection – Maintain clear, concise communication with the Chief of Security and report any issue encountered.
– Conduct routine patrols and checks
– Provide first aid if necessary
– Respond to any incident and emergency situation
– Provide logistical support (shopping assistance or any related task)
– The employee will be required to work weekends, late hours and holidays
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
– Must live in Greater Boston with a strong knowledge of the area
– Must have 10+ years experience in Executive Protection
– Possess a current US Passport or permanent resident status
– Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Must be able to pass a background check (no misdemeanors, felonies or other criminal charges)
– Non-smoker and drug free
– First aid certified (BLS/ AED)
– Proactive, high-degree of professionalism, responsibility and maturity
– Low-key, reliable, honest
– Natively fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension)
– Physically fit / maintain a clean and sharp appearance
– Excellent customer service skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Prior law enforcement experience in the Boston area is a plus
– Candidates who fall under HR-218 are preferred
– In addition to English, candidates who also have some level of fluency in French are preferred
– Completion of advanced driving / vehicle dynamics course
– Prior attendance of a recognized Executive Protection Course (i.e. ESI, EPI, Oatman, PFC, ITG4, TFTT)
