JOB LOCATION: Various locations throughout Mexico & US
START DATE: IMMEDIATE FILL
PAY: $500 per day(1) + Expenses(2)
Employment Type: Full Time Contractor (1099)
Rotation: Varies between 1 month-on / 1 month-off, 2 months-on / 2 months-off, or 3 months-on / 3 months-off depending on clients needs (flexibility here is key)
Schedule: 12 hours per day during on duty rotation
(1) Compensation is based on a 7-day work week while on rotation; off-months are unpaid.
(2) Employer will reimburse expenses monthly.
Client is seeking Executive Protection Agents for Full-Time Contract Employment (1099) within the US (Orange County, CA) and Mexico (predominantly Quintana Roo and Mexico City). Occasional travel to Singapore and UAE will be required as well.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Conduct advance work prior to all client movements when time permits
– Operate as driver for client upon request
– Provide loose follow overwatch, close protection, or combination of the two based on client’s needs for all movements
– Develop and implement Emergency Response action plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) that address vulnerabilities during client travel
– Provide first aid if necessary
– Respond to any incident and emergency situation
– Provide logistical support (shopping assistance or any related task)
– The contractor will be required to work weekends, late hours and holidays
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
– Must have Executive Protection experience
– Must have experience as an EP solo practitioner or part of a small EP team
– Must have a valid US passport not within 6 months of expiring and have at least 2 full empty pages remaining in your Passport
– Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Must be able to pass a background check (no misdemeanors, felonies or other criminal charges)
– Non-smoker and drug free
– First aid certified (BLS/ AED)
– Proactive, high-degree of professionalism, responsibility and maturity
– Low-key, reliable, honest
– Natively fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension)
– Physically fit / maintain a clean and sharp appearance
– Excellent customer service skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Prior military in a combat arms or SOF MOS is a plus
– Experience in Mexico working alongside local national security forces
– Experience with FBO’s, private aircraft, pilots, and ability to coordinate all in support of client movements
– Experience in Singapore, UAE, and Mexico
– Completion of advanced driving / vehicle dynamics course
– Prior attendance of a recognized Executive Protection Course (i.e. ESI, EPI, Oatman, PFC, ITG4, TFTT)
– Candidates who fall under LEOSA HR-218
– In addition to English, candidates who also have some level of fluency in Spanish are preferred
