Schedule: 2-days-on / 4-days-off rotation*
(1) The annualized base salary for this role is $70,000 but may be higher if additional days are worked beyond the 2-days-on / 4-days-off rotation schedule. Based on this fixed rotation, agents typically work approximately 120–122 days per year, which equates to roughly $570 per day worked (12-hour shift). This same daily rate applies to additional days worked beyond the two scheduled shifts in each rotation cycle. If total hours worked in a work week exceed 40 hours, overtime pay applies to those overtime hours.

* Schedule is subject to change but each agent will work a 12-hour evening shift (7pm-7am), on a 2-days-on/4-days-off rotation, year round.
A U.S.-based UHNW private client is seeking several Residential Security Specialists for their residence in Boca Raton, Florida. Selected Residential Security Specialists are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at the client’s private residence. Agents will work independently during assigned shifts while maintaining constant situational awareness of the residence, surrounding grounds, and immediate neighborhood.
The client has provided detailed candidate requirements and preferences based on very specific and personal needs. These needs have been discussed at length with the client and those requirements are incorporated into the minimum and preferred qualifications sections below.
This is a multi-position assignment, and candidates will be evaluated on a rolling basis as the residential security team continues to expand. This is a direct hire position for long-term W-2 employment with the private client.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Monitor the residence and surrounding grounds using physical observation and camera systems.
– Conduct routine patrols of the property and immediate perimeter.
– Respond to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activity.
– Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
– Maintain awareness of neighborhood activity and potential security concerns.
– Provide professional presence and deterrence appropriate to a private residential environment.
– Render first aid or emergency assistance if required.
– Maintain professional shift documentation and provide clear handover notes to the next agent to ensure continuity of security operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (do not apply without meeting all minimum qualification requirements):
– Must have prior U.S. military experience. Relevant military backgrounds for this assignment include former Infantry (11B, 0311), USMC Embassy Guards (8156), Recon (0321, 0326), Scout Snipers (0317), or comparable combat arms backgrounds.
– Candidates must hold at least a valid Florida Class D Unarmed Security Guard license when applying and, if competitive, be willing to obtain a Florida Class G Firearms License prior to employment
– Have some prior security experience in residential security or executive protection
– Must have completed an advanced driving/vehicle dynamics course from a reputable school
– Must reside within ~30 miles or ~1-hour-drive-time of Boca Raton, FL (or be willing to consider relocation at your own expense)
– Demonstrate competency in use of a firearm and pass a firearms proficiency test
– Current First Aid certification
– Current CPR/AED certification
– Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
– Physically fit (military or military contracting standards) with clean, professional appearance
– Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (meeting any of the qualifications from this list will increase your competitiveness in the selection process):
– Prior U.S. military SOF, particularly those with strong medical backgrounds (18D, 1T2X1)
– Prior U.S. military combat arms specialties with additional law enforcement or federal agency backgrounds
– Any active professional medical licenses (e.g. EMT-P, P.A., R.N., M.D., etc.)
– Prior experience supporting UHNW Principals
– Previous professional experience with executives in energy sector or professional sports sector
– Prior professional experience conducting residential security assessments
– Active maritime licenses (U.S.C.G. captain’s licenses, TWIC card, U.S.C.G. maritime security certifications, STCW training)
– Foreign language proficiency in any of the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish
– LEOSA (H.R. 218) qualified
