PAY: $115,000-$130,000(1) + Full Benefits Plan(2)

Employer is seeking qualified candidates for a Covert Executive Protection Agent position in the San Francisco Bay Area. Candidate must have a high-level of maturity and experience with experience low-profile protection and surveillance operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Covert EP Agent will be responsible for the protective operations assigned. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Ensure the safety and security of designated principal(s), as assigned by the Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader
* Travel in support of protective operations advances, both domestically and internationally
* Conduct site surveys and document those surveys for dissemination to team members
* Participate in recurring protective operations training, to include firearms training, medical training and other related tasks
* Maintain communication with the principals regarding all aspects of protective operation processes
* Maintain established Security executive protection standard operating procedures
* Demonstrate responsibility for all equipment used in support of the protective operations program (i.e. vehicles, medical supplies, communications devices, etc.)
– Must be able to work irregular or extended hours (minimum of 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime, as needed, for client coverage needs)
– Must be willing to work Wednesday to Sunday on ~12-hour rotating shifts (Long-term with Mon and Tues off)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (please do not apply if you do not meet ALL of the following):
– Must possess an active CA state-issued BSIS Guard Card and BSIS firearms permit
– Must pass an extensive background check and in-house training assessment
– Must be able to pass an in-house shooting (handgun) qualification
– Must be physically fit and able to pass a physical fitness test
– Must be a team player but able to operate independently
– Must be able to occasionally run or sprint, regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
– Must be a problem solver and capable of multitasking
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Candidates with prior military or government experience preferred
– Prior attendance of a recognized EP school (i.e. ESI, EPI, Oatman, PFC, ITG4, TFTT)
– Prior OCONUS protective experience
– Active First Responder/EMT certifications
– Regularly active in outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, ocean sports, etc.
