JOB LOCATION: Base of operations in New York City with frequent domestic and international travel
START DATE: Immediate (interviews for qualified candidates begins on 18 JUN 2018)
PAY: $280,000 – $410,000 annually, based upon experience and credentials

The Executive Protection Agent is tasked with conducting close protection for a client primarily based in the New York City area; Domestic and international travel is imminent. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support directly to the client and staff, as well as safeguarding client assets and image. The Executive Protection Agent is expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client.
JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:
– Safeguard clients in the New York City area as well as other domestic and international locations
– Frequent (50-60%) Domestic/International travel
– Reports to client-specified leadership
– Safeguards and maintains highly sensitive and confidential information
– Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments
– Operates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner
– Will maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
– Candidate must have prior US military (SOF) experience
– Candidate must be physically fit and athletically capable of performing in extreme environments
– Candidate is preferably single, but not mandatory
– MUST have 5+ years corporate and high net worth executive protection experience on a global level
– Ability to work nights and weekends as required
– Must have experience working with families and children in a high net worth environment
– Ability to work autonomous, domestic and international
– Accustomed to operating in a high tempo environment
– Have an operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms
– Strong writing and interpersonal skills
– Candidates must be able to thrive in a very diverse environment.
– Fluently read, speak and write the English language
– Have a current understanding of all local and state use of force laws
– Possess a valid and current driver license
– Must possess valid US passport
– Media consulting experience is a plus
– Candidate must submit a recent, professional full body photo
– Candidate must submit a DD-214
– Candidate must submit a current resume with all applicable experience, dates, and references
– Relocation to NYC will be under consideration for the right candidate
