| The Executive Protection Agent is tasked with conducting close protection for a large client in the Bay Area, CA. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support directly to the client and staff, as well as safeguarding client assets. Agents must work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and be able to at times work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities. Executive Protection Agents are expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client, and actively support the organization’s mission to, “Keep clients safe, happy, and productive.” | |
| Duties & Qualifications: – Safeguard client’s in the San Francisco, CA Bay Area – Frequent (30-50%) Domestic/International travel – Reports to client specified leadership – Safeguards and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information – Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments – Conducts protective advance operations – Follow company and client directed SOP’s – Operates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner – Will maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance |

| Requirements: – Current CA BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit is Required (DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT IT) – 5+ years corporate and high net worth executive protection experience on a global level – Bachelor Degree from an accredited university Preferred – Ability to work nights and weekends as required – A graduate of a reputable executive protection training school – Experience working with families and children in a high net worth environment – Extensive experience working in the specified area of operations and local FBO’s – Ability to work autonomous, domestic and international – Accustomed to operating in a high tempo environment – Have an operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms – Strong writing and interpersonal skills – Candidates must be able to thrive in a very diverse environment. – Advanced medical and evasive driving experience – Proficient in Protective Intelligence – Fluently read, speak and write the English language – Previous Military, Law Enforcement, Government Agency experience a plus but not required – A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required – Have a current understanding of all local and state use of force laws – Possess a valid and current driver license |
